ABOUT SOEA
Student Oklahoma Education Association (SOEA) is a pre-professional organization of undergraduate students currently preparing for careers in education. SOEA is a part of National Education Association, (NEA ) the nation’s largest professional employee organization. NEA has 3.2 million members from pre-school to university graduate programs. NEA also has affiliate organizations in every state and in more than 14,000 communities across the United States. The NEA Student Program is made up of thousands of college students who are preparing to become teachers.
To join SOEA, simply attend a meeting, talk to one of the current officers, or contact Jerry Mihelic in room 112 in Hamilton Hall.
